Richard is an Associate Planner, based in the Cambridge office. His planning expertise covers residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, with involvement in the submission and delivery of major planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) preparation, site appraisals, planning appeals and site promotions through the Local Development Framework (LDF) process. Outside work, Richard shares his time between friends, family and sport. He enjoys music gigs, the great outdoors, cinema and real ale. He plays football, supports Liverpool, and is a poor but persistent golfer.
